This 2 hour presentation will be a brief overview of what Essential Oils are, how to use them and how to incorporate them into your practice. Class is offered to Yoga Teachers in Training as part of Authentic Yoga Teacher Training in Scottsdale. The class is free to Aytt students, $10 public.
