This is a very special event. It is primarily geared towards a Yoga Teacher Training, yet open to all. In this class Susan will offer a Sound Healing, followed by a discussion in Sound Healing. Energetically we all respond to vibration. Sound wave frequencies effect us in unseen formats. Come experience and learn! Instruments will include Gong, Chimes, Crystal Singing Bowls, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Rainstick, Ocean Drum, Voice and Vocal Toning.
