Welcome in the year of the Wood Dragon with this guided Sound Bath and Door Hanger Creation Session. We will gather other for a brief meditation with the bowls then create our Door Hangers ( get ready for an arts and crafts moment! Dragons will be printed out to color RED and write what you would like to welcome in for the yea), and complete the session with another sound bath to seal in the energy you are welcoming in. Materials will be provided. Bring a mat, a blanket and a small pillow.
